Delete your data

How to remove your Argus account and everything connected to it.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in at arguscollects.com/sign-in.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete account, then confirm.

This deletes your account, Want List, alerts, delivery addresses, assistant history, connected eBay and AI assistant tokens and imported items immediately. Alerts already queued are cancelled.

Connected services

  • eBay. Disconnecting in Settings revokes Argus's token. eBay's own account-deletion notices are honoured automatically.
  • Instagram. If you are a dealer who connected Instagram, remove Argus under Instagram Settings, Apps and websites, or email us. Your posts stop being indexed and listings from them are removed within 24 hours.

Ask us

Email privacy@arguscollects.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
